Is PackDraw Available in Your State?
PackDraw ships across the United States except in states where it isn't offered, and it doesn't publish that list. Here is exactly what its terms say, how to check your state in under a minute, and a page for every state.
Check PackDraw From Your StateWhat PackDraw's Terms Actually Say
PackDraw "may be available to eligible users in permitted jurisdictions within the United States and elsewhere, and is void where prohibited or restricted by law."

PackDraw is "only arranging for delivery of Items to persons in the United States of America (except for those states where PackDraw is not offered) and Canada."
The agreement is with PackDraw US, LLC, governed by Florida law, with disputes going to arbitration or the courts of Miami-Dade County.

How to Check Your State in Under a Minute
Open PackDraw through our link from your normal home connection, not a VPN
Create an account with your real email and date of birth (18+, or 21+ where required)
Go to Deposit. If your state isn't permitted, PackDraw will tell you here or block registration
If you can deposit, you're good. Use code ORANGIE for 5% on every deposit
Before shipping a prize, confirm your state is accepted at the delivery address step
We don't publish a guessed block list. Other sites do, and they contradict each other. PackDraw has not released one, state law on chance-based products changes, and getting it wrong could cost you an account. The state pages below give you the facts we can stand behind and the check that always works.

State Availability FAQs
PackDraw does not publish a list. Its terms say it is available in permitted jurisdictions within the United States, that availability may vary by state, and that it ships to US addresses except in states where it is not offered. The reliable way to know is to open PackDraw from your state and check whether you are allowed to register and deposit.
PackDraw has not published a block list, and we won't guess one. States with the strictest laws on paid games of chance, such as Washington, Utah and Nevada, are the ones most worth checking carefully. If the site tells you access from your state is not permitted, that is your answer.
PackDraw does not hold a state gaming license and argues it is not gambling because every open returns an item. No US court has ruled on that, and two civil cases were pending at our last update. We are not lawyers and this is not legal advice. Treat the position as unsettled and check your own state's rules.
Don't. PackDraw's terms prohibit accessing the service from territories where it is forbidden, and using a VPN to get around a block can get your account closed and your balance frozen, plus you still need a real US address to ship to.
PackDraw's terms require users to be at least 18, and its site notes that the minimum is 21 in some locations. If your state sets 21 as the age for games of chance, assume that applies.
