Check PackDraw From IL — Code ORANGIEThe Short Answer for Illinois
PackDraw operates in the United States through PackDraw US, LLC, prices in dollars and ships to US addresses. Its terms say it is available "in permitted jurisdictions within the United States," that availability "may vary by state," and that it delivers to the US "except for those states where PackDraw is not offered."
PackDraw has not published which states those are, so nobody outside the company can tell you with certainty whether Illinois is on the list. Any site that gives you a confident yes or no for IL is guessing. The check below takes less than a minute and is the only answer that counts.

Legal Context for Illinois Players
Every US state regulates paid games of chance in its own way, and Illinois is no exception. PackDraw's position is that it is not gambling because every open returns a real item, and it does not hold a gaming license in Illinois or any other state. That argument has not been tested in a Illinois court. Two civil lawsuits connected to PackDraw, in Minnesota and New York, were pending at our last update.
We are not lawyers and this is not legal advice. Treat PackDraw as entertainment with a fixed budget, follow the check above, and if gambling is affecting you or someone you know, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.

PackDraw in Illinois — FAQs
PackDraw does not publish a state list. Its terms say it is available in permitted jurisdictions within the United States, that availability varies by state, and that it ships to US addresses except in states where it is not offered. The only reliable way to know for Illinois is to open PackDraw from a IL connection and see whether you can register and deposit.
PackDraw does not hold a Illinois gaming license and argues it is not gambling because every pack returns an item. No court has ruled on that model, and two civil cases elsewhere in the US were pending at our last update. This is not legal advice. Treat the position as unsettled and check Illinois's own rules on paid games of chance.
PackDraw's terms say it arranges delivery to persons in the United States except in states where it is not offered. If you can register and deposit from Illinois, you can enter a IL shipping address at the claim step. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm and shipments are tracked.
PackDraw's terms require users to be at least 18. The site says the minimum is 21 in some locations, so if Illinois sets 21 as the age for games of chance, assume 21 applies.
